Comparing forecasts with a baseline

This guide uses Kaarna Components data to show how to scope and test a workflow.

All examples show typical AITEHO implementations.

Plan a pilot

Discovery selects one process, one CRM and an owner. The baseline and acceptance criteria are documented.

The starting point

The selected workflow

The paid pilot uses a limited dataset. The planning target is 2–4 weeks after access is available; the schedule is confirmed against scope. The agreed workflow is tested for sources, duplicates, permissions, failures and recovery. Results are accepted jointly.

External messages and documents are sent after human approval. Commercial decisions belong to authorised people.

CRM and ERP integrations are implemented per project. APIs, licences and compatibility are reviewed before estimation.

Human approval

Data regions, providers, retention and support access are agreed before launch. A DPA is prepared where applicable.

EEA hosting alone does not cover external model processing. Data flows and authorised processors are documented. Implementation includes agreed integrations, training, operating instructions and acceptance. The client appoints an operational owner.

Integrations and permissions

Pilot measurements

Support hours, language, response times and spending limits are agreed separately. Around-the-clock support is not included automatically.

Quotes are itemised: delivery, licences, hosting, calls and model usage. Taxes and VAT are confirmed for each agreement.

Testing and acceptance

The pilot verifies the agreed process. Lead volumes, meetings, sales and revenue are not guaranteed.
