Plan a pilot


Discovery selects one process, one CRM and an owner. The baseline and acceptance criteria are documented.

The paid pilot uses a limited dataset. The planning target is 2–4 weeks after access is available; the schedule is confirmed against scope.

The starting point

The agreed workflow is tested for sources, duplicates, permissions, failures and recovery. Results are accepted jointly. Plan a pilot External messages and documents are sent after human approval.
